There is no right or wrong way to fill your Happy Planner™, as long as you are doing what works for you to get things done, be creative, and/or have fun doing it. Today we're sharing a weekly layout from The Happy Planner™ of mambi Design Team member Jennie McGarvey - who has been combining Happy Planner™ pocket pages and photos in her planner since the beginning of the year. Jennie has realized that 'memory planning' is what works and appeals most to her, and in this post, she talks about her approach.

how this spread came together.
About these pages, Jennie writes
"My memory planning is still going strong with 5 months behind us in 2016. Now that I have the experience of those months, I'm finding things that work and things that don't work."
"First, I know I have a few things that are vital to my success. One is a good attitude. If I make a mistake, how can I fix it? If I don't love a week or I am not feeling creative, move on! There are no rules, and a finished project is better than one I ponder."
"Second, I know keeping my phone handy to refer to is key. Photos, texts and emails keep things fresh and help me remember the details.
Third, photos and The Happy Planner™ accessories are the icing on an awesome cake. I love to use them to add a bit of decor, but nothing too crazy.
Hopefully in your planner journey you're finding things that work for you, too!"
