Sticky notes are essential to mambi Design Team member Nita Patterson's (@neatlyplanned) planning process. When it comes to functional Happy Planning®, 'planning to plan' using sticky notes for upcoming dates has helped Nita plan more efficiently and effectively. Here's how...
About these pages, Nita writes:
"Every week I receive upcoming events for work, church, and my personal life. Many ladies ask how I'm able to prep my planner layouts in advance, and here is my secret: with sticky notes! I created an 'upcoming dates' dashboard in my Happy Planner® by repurposing the inside of a planner cover. I place my sticky notes in chronological order so that I'm able to see upcoming events at a glance each week when I sit down to plan. I can then either remove my sticky notes for that week and place them down on my planner page, or transfer their information onto my layout.
Recently I started using The Happy Planner® Daily Sheets as a weekly ToDo list, and I usually place these sticky notes right onto the hourly sheets without double-writing the information. I love layering sticky notes and stickers to help draw my attention to a certain task - completely functional, but the colors and patterns make it pretty and happy!"
