Today we're sharing a #beforethepen fitness-themed weekly layout that mambi Design Team member Nita Patterson (@neatlyplanned) created in her BIG 'Kaleidoscope' Happy Planner®.
About these pages, Nita writes:
"I was excited to move my everyday planner from the CLASSIC 'Be Bright' Happy Planner® to the BIG 'Kaleidoscope' Happy Planner®. The BIG planner has more room for my busy social life, home plans, and my workout schedule. I wanted to create a fitness theme layout for my first week back in the gym that was full of fun and small reminders for myself. The watercolor-style stickers, the cute quotes, and bright colors throughout the 'Fitness' sticker value pack make it perfect for motivation!"
"My one word this year is 'simplicity.' I used my word to inspire a simple and realistic workout schedule: cardio 3 days a week (M,W,F) along with 2 days a week of weight training (T &TH) and taking off on Saturday and Sundays. On the 'off' weekend days, I plan to go for a walk with my husband to still get some physical activity in.
I plan to track my steps daily and drink lots water. I created a step tracker using a Happy Planner® notepad sheet and stickers from the new 'Fitness' sticker value pack. Because of the discs system, can move this page from week to week, planner to planner."
