Summer has arrived. Kids and teachers are either out of school or finishing up this week. Pools are opened, ice cream trucks are blasting their jingles, and camping trips are being planned. Speaking of camping trips, today we're sharing how mambi Design Team member Mary-Ann Maldonado planned the camping trip she and her family are on this week. She hopes her 'Camping Planner' inspires you to plan out your next vacation activities.
About this layout, Mary-Ann writes:
"This may be my last post with you all, as I head deep into the woods of Maine this week, where black bear roam. I covered my gray hair in case of a bear attack so at least that will look good at my viewing!
We go camping every year - to the same place with the same people at the same camp site. This year, I decided to plan my family's activities for each day. The hours of hiking may vary depending on weather and our current body condition, bit for the most part, I have every activity down to a T! Most nights we'll have a fun snack and go looking for moose at the nearby lakes. We call it 'moose hunting,' but trust me: only cameras are involved."

"Along with planning our activities, I'm also using the Weekly Meal Planner, to make sure everything is thought out in advance. The grocery list is perfect too! Both planners will be lying on my picnic table I can assure you they will be the only pretty things in a 5 mile radius, especially five or six days into the trip. Wish me luck, folks, and I hope I make it back in one piece!"
In addition to the mambi supplies below, Mary-Ann used Paper Mate Flair Felt Tip pens to color-code her weekly spread and meal planner. They're bright and vibrant, but don't leak through paper.
See: you can Live creatively! even deep into the woods of Maine!
Happy camping, Mary-Ann!
