According to mambi Design Team member Chantal Stevens's Happy Planner™ Fitness Planner, right now she's in Hawaii scouting locations for her wedding next year. As you can see from all the tracking she did in October, she's been working to get her body well prepared for Hawaii's warmer weather activities. Go Chantal!

About the monthly spread, Chantal writes:
"I use the Monthly spread in my The Happy Planner™ Fitness Planner to document an overall view of the workouts and progress I have made during the month (this way I can easily see my time per mile progress without having to flip through the weeks). I am a sucker for color schemes so I went with the teal, pink, black & white inspired by the 'YOU CAN DO THIS' sticker in the notes column."
About the weekly log pages, Chantal writes:
"My weekly spread is a combination of memory planning and journaling my recipes, workouts, and food intake. It helps to look back and to see why you are not seeing progress (like the street tacos and pizza I had late last week...haa haa...). I love to use a combination of stickers, stamps, and printed pictures to document this journey and hope that it will be a fun way to look back at the 'struggle' once I meet my goal."
