About these pages, April writes:
"I am using the Fitness Planner as more of a journal. On Sundays, I sit down to plan my week and also log my food plan and exercise. To keep track of my daily macros (food log) I use the myfitnesspal app. The Fitness Planner has helped me tremendously in that it is helping me learn what works and what doesn't, as well as track meals that I liked, that are easy to prep, and that are higher in protein/carbs depending on what I need."
"I was inspired by an earlier Design Team post that showed pages with washi tape run along the top with the date numbers placed on it. I totally stole that idea, and I LOVE! When I run out of stickers, I will just use a rolling date stamp or write in the dates by hand."
