Today we're sharing this fun DIY Desk Calendar craft by mambi Design Team member Megan McKenna. You can create one of your very own with a package of our big alpha sticker and an Expandable Paper Pad!
About this project, Megan writes:
"I recently got a new job that involves me having my own desk to sit and work at. I was finding myself constantly not knowing what day it was and knew I needed a desk calendar and there was no way I was going to get a store bought one. I got my creative thoughts together, got my supplies, and went right to work!
I used the colorful confetti sheet from the 'Peony' Expandable Paper Pad and traced it to get the right size for the back of the wood box. I cut it out and used Mod Podge™ to adhere it. Next I used screw in hooks to the top of the box, this is what the tags are going to hang from."
"I used the uppercase black alpha letter stickers for the months and days of the tags. To add a little bit more detail to the tags I used glue dots and deco foil to add a confetti look to the tags.
I love the way it sits on a table top and provides a space on top for a pen holder, notepads, or even your Happy Planner™ punch!"
