So the wedding prep has begun for me. 100 days until my big day. Crafting is in full effect. One of the streets on the way to the wedding, the last small turn, is kind of hard to see. So ... there has to be a craft for that, right? Of course! I found a double sided chalkboard easel at Hobby Lobby and thought that would be perfect to direct people. It was even on sale! I then gathered up some of the white chalkboard mambiSTICKS, there is a cursive black version of the mambiSTICKS also. You can find these alpha's in the mambiSHOP or at Hobby Lobby! I wanted to ensure that even if it's a really hot day or a rainy one, the sign would endure. To ensure that I did a thin layer of Mod Podge. One less thing to worry about that day.
After the sign was all done, I cut out a kraft arrow and stuck it on with command strips. I use command strips for almost everything, I love them. Also you can change the orientation of the arrow if needed when you're using the velcro strips. They also come off easily. After the wedding I'll just remove the stickers, sand it down and probably re-paint with some chalkboard paint. It was easy and will make it so much easier to find my wedding location.
In honor of 100 days until I get hitched I made a page too. Feeling quite crafty and inspired. Hope you are too! Happy crafting!
