About this layout, Olya writes:
"I wanted to use some kind of pretty words paper with the photo of me holding my bunny, Daisy. When I saw that black & white paper I instantly knew it was perfect for that photo. The rest of the pockets came after. Since I had a bunch of dark toned photos I used bright colored papers around them to bring out the most colors I could in the entire layout."
Olya brings up a good point: dark-toned photos are usually harder to scrapbook with. Now that we've officially entered the darker days of Fall & Winter, we will all be snapping more dark-toned photos. Olya chose to use contrasting bright-colored papers to grab your attention to photos.
